All return and exchange requests that are mailed/shipped to us must include a Return Authorization # clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton. The necessary return autorization # can be acquired by emailing your request to Returns@ComfortShoesNY.com. Please note, any items purchased in our Clearance section are Final Sale, no returns or exchnages.

You must contact us in advance to request a Return Authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any return shipments that have not been Pre-Authorized by our Returns Department.
The product must be unworn and in it's original box along with an enclosed note stating your name, order # and refund or exchange request. The item you are returning must be in saleable condition, since most returned items are put into our inventory and sold to another customer. Please return all items to us in the condition you would expect to receive them yourself. You will not be charged any restocking fees. Worn items will not be credited or returned back to the customer and by sending worn shoes back to us and requesting a credit or exchange, you are waiving the right to a credit, exchange or ownership of the merchandise you returned to us. In addition, all items must be returned in outside packaging. If you return an item by simply taping up the shoe box and placing postage on the shoe box itself, your return will be refused and you will be ineligible for credit or exchange. No exceptions. Shipping costs are not refundable.

ORDER RECEIVED FROM THE VENDOR DIRECTLY:
If your order was sent directly to you from the manufacturer, an exchange or return request has to be sent to us at ComfortShoesNY.com. If the item is sent back to the manufacturer, there will be a long delay in locating the item in their warehouse and getting it resent to us.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
We apologize if you were sent the incorrect item. It was not intentional and ComfortShoesNY.com never sends alternate styles, sizes or colors to our customers with the hope that it will be acceptable. Even though we strive to constantly improve our website and customer service, there is human involvement when it comes to the picking and shipping of your item. There is occasional human error in this process at our warehouse, as well as human error when items are sent to us from the manufacturer. Bottom line, if the item you received does not match the item you ordered, please inform us via email info@ComfortShoesNY.com and a prepaid shipping label will be immediately emailed to you.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 that are a gift for someone will be given a 90-day return policy, rather than our standard 30-day return policy.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
ComfortShoesNY.com carefully chooses to stock and sell products from only finest outdoor and comfort brands in the world, but on occasion a customer may feel the product has an obvious manufacturers defect that arose during the manufacturing process and not simply from abusive wear. The vendors we deal with guarantee their craftsmanship within 6 months of purchase, barring excessive. If you feel you have been shipped a defective product, please send the defective pair back to the below address with an enclosed note describing the defect and whether you prefer a replacement pair or a credit.

CREDITING:
Whether you have returned an item for a refund, exchanged a product for a lower priced item, or returned an item because of a manufacturers defect, you will be credited via the same way you were charged unless we notify otherwise. Please expect to see your credit posted to your account within 15 days of when we receive your return request.
