Answer: ComfortShoesNY.com offers Free Shipping for all orders of $55 or more being shipped within the Contiguous U.S. There will be a $7 charged for shipping/handling of orders of $54.99 or less being shipped within the Contiguous U.S. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged a shipping charge of $15. Orders to APO AE addresses will be charged a shipping charge of $20. Orders shipping to Canada will be charged a shippng charge of $25.

Question: How long does it take my order to ship?

Answer: If the shoe is in stock in our store or warehouse, it will usually ship within one business day. If the item you ordered is not in stock at the time of order placement, it is most likely in transit to us in our perpetual inventory replenishment orders from vendors, and will be shipped to you once the item is received in our warehouse. If it has been determined that it is not in transit to us from the vendor, we then promptly order it directly from the manufacturer. Many of the vendors we deal with provide the service of drop shipping orders directly to our customers, therefore the item you ordered might be delivered straight from the vendor. Since we deal with over 100 vendors, this provides us with access to hundreds of thousands of pairs of shoes, boots and sandals to ship promptly to our customers. Orders can take up to 30 business days to ship very popular items and in those rare cases, our customer service representatives inform our customers of such delays. We typically use UPS ground for deliveries. Typical delivery times to the east coast is 1 - 3 business days. The longest delivery times are to the West Coast, which average about 4 - 5 business days.

We are aware of your desire to receive your order as soon as possible, and we strive for that, from the moment your order is placed. On average we fill one third of all orders within 24 hours from in-store inventory. The balance are filled from inventory that is already en route to our distribution center, or in the event the order is not already en route to us, we will promptly order it directly from the manufacturer and, if available, request the manufacturer drop ship the order direct to you.

Answer: We do recommend everyone occasionally getting measured at your local shoe store with a Brannock device. Especially children, whose feet are constantly growing in length and width. Since all current measuring devices are only 2 dimensional and every brand of shoe uses a large variety of lasts or shapes to build their styles, there is some guesswork involved. When in doubt, select the larger since. Adults who have gained or lost weight, will see that the shape and size of their foot change. Question: May I cancel an order prior to shipping?
